Developing a Statement of Work is vital to the success of a network implementation. The statement of work outlines the scope of work, all customer and American Broadband responsibilities, and customer deliverables at the end of the implementation. This is developed on a per project basis to ensure each customer implementation is a success.

As part of the network implementation services available, American Broadband offers project management to provide a single point of contact to manage the project as a whole, staging & kitting services for large network deployments, and network engineers that are qualified for each project to perform the installation.
